Remembering my first Summer

Oh yes Summer, seems such a long time ago now. Especially as I look out of the lounge window and watch the wind blowing the yellow and red coloured leaves across the road and listen to the rain hitting the glass. Brrrrr!!!
I'm NOT going out for a walk today, NO Sir. NO WAY!!!

Anyhoo, hello all.
Told you I would return and let you know how my summer went.

So here it is:-

My first summer was full of long warm days laying in the sun on the decking in the garden.

Me on the decking.

There were cold days to but I don't want to talk about those!!
Although my peoples mum (I call her Auntie Jan) made me a lovely fleece coat for when we went to Scotland.
I say lovely, I didn't like it at first. Wouldn't walk in it, just stood there looking sad.

But then something changed my mind. And that was the cold late "Summer" weather of Scotland!!!
My first holiday, which took 8 hours by car to get to. Which I have to say I did really well for a pup, slept for most of the car journey there.

When we stopped for a 'pee' break in Scotland for the first time it was 7 o'clock at night and it was windy. Did I mention I hate the wind?

Anyhoo, I was shaking with the cold so mum but the fleece coat on me and made me walk....And you know what? I loved the way the coat made me feel, all warm and cosy.
SO that was it, every time it gets cold now I just look at mum and she knows it's time for the fleece!! ;)

Auntie Jan is going to knit me something called a jumper for winter. I wonder what winter is?
I hope it's nice???

I hope I like the Jumper thingy as much as I like the fleece.
My people are so happy that I will walk in it now and they say I look super cute.

Me wearing the fleece for the first time in Scotland.

What do you think? :)

Talk to you all real soon.x
